Large Body Instrument Adjustments

My wife loves her 2026 RAV4 Limited. I have driven it many times on trips to relieve her.

I had never seen the head-up display when driving, until we talked about it and she said it's always there. I'm tall (not as tall as I once was) and to get legroom I have the seat all the way back and most of the way down. There is no view of the head-up display unless I crouch down so that my eyes are at neck level. Also, with the steering wheel at a comfortable level, there is no view of the speedometer behind it because the top of the steering wheel obstructs the view. I have no indication of my speed unless the infotainment center is in carplay mode with google maps running.

Does anyone else experience this or know a "workaround"? Can the head-up display be adjusted to a taller driver?

Interesting, haven't seen this complaint before. I'm only 5' 6" so I can't assist. Sure wish I would have been taller, the ladies love it!

I asked AI the question and this was it's response. I haven't tried it yet. but it looks promising.

did you go in and adjust the HUD up and down? As for the vision on the instrument cluster, it's pretty bad. I cant see it all and I am pretty much at average height 5'9". Adjustments haven't helped me much on getting the steering wheel out of my visual and being able to see the whole cluster and still be comfortable driving it.
