Auto Lock

I have 2026 Rav 4 limited. Owners manual says it has auto lock feature. Vehicle is supposed to lock when you walk away if you have key fob on you. Also tailgate is supposed to close and lock when you walk away. I can't get this feature to work. Did Toyota do away with this feature?

Dealer informed me Rav 4 does not have auto lock feature. There is a walk away feature for the tailgate tha has to be activated by the dealer.

Strange, you would think if it had one it would have them both

probably dont have it so we dont lock kids in the car accidentally
