2026 Toyota Rav4 XSE PHEV Water in the Spare tire area.

Hi all, I bought my wife a 2026 Toyota rav4 XSE PHEV about 2 months ago. After about a month we were noticing a mildew smell we looked around and found standing water in the spare tire area. we pulled the drain plug got it all out and dried the area, I got some baking powder and poured it around where the water was closed it up and put a sprinkler on it hoping it would do it again and we could see where it was leaking from. no luck. we put everything back together and a few days ago after some heavy rains I checked it again and sure enough there is water there again. I do have an appointment for it soon, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Just heard from the dealership, They said a wrong body plug was installed and they fixed it and it should be ready to go.
